2024 YL Family Camp
WHERE: Windy Gap - Weaverville, NC
WHEN: April 26-April 28, 2024
Departure: Friday, April 26th (Arrive between 5-7pm)
Return: Sunday, April 28th (Depart 12pm)
COST:
- $145 for adults 12+
- $90 for kids ages 3-11
- free for ages 0-2
OTHER DETAILS:
- A deposit of $100 per family is required to hold your spot
- Please register every member of your family that will be attending camp
- Camp fee includes lodging, meals (at camp), and all activities at camp
- Money is nonrefundable after April 1st
HOUSING: Moms w/ daughters and Dads w/ sons in lodge style bunk rooms. Please let us know if you need any special arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate on a limited basis. Cabins will be by area. As we get closer to the weekend we will work with you on who you would like to be paired with.
TRAVEL: Check-In is from 5-7pm on Friday night. Our first event will begin around 8:00pm, so be sure to eat dinner on your way to camp. On Sunday, we will depart around 12:00pm. Windy Gap is about 4 hours from Durham/Chapel Hill (without traffic), so please plan accordingly!
FAMILY CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS: The average cost for a family to attend family camp is $535, if you would like to contribute a donation towards scholarships for those that can not fund the entire cost for their family you can do so below.
