2025 YL Family Camp

WHERE: Windy Gap - Weaverville, NC

WHEN: March 28-March 30, 2025

Departure: Friday, March 28th (Arrive between 5-7pm)

Return: Sunday, March 30th (Depart 12pm)

COST:

$170 for adults 12+
$90 for kids ages 3-11
free for ages 0-2

OTHER DETAILS:

A deposit of $100 per family is required to hold your spot
Please register every member of your family that will be attending camp
Camp fee includes lodging, meals (at camp), and all activities at camp
Money is nonrefundable after March 1st

HOUSING: Moms w/ daughters and Dads w/ sons in lodge style bunk rooms. Please let us know if you need any special arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate on a limited basis. Cabins will be by area. As we get closer to the weekend we will work with you on who you would like to be paired with.

TRAVEL: Check-In is from 5-7pm on Friday night. Our first event will begin around 8:00pm, so be sure to eat dinner on your way to camp. On Sunday, we will depart around 12:00pm. Windy Gap is about 4 hours from Durham/Chapel Hill (without traffic), so please plan accordingly!

FAMILY CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS: The average cost for a family to attend family camp is $535, if you would like to contribute a donation towards scholarships for those that can not fund the entire cost for their family you can do so below.

Begin your registration by selecting Adult #1. This will be your family's Primary Contact.
The registration for Adult #1 is where you enter initial details for everyone in the family. This ensures you only have one payment link for all members of the family.
You will then register Adult #2 and each child on the following registration options. Each of these only requires basic information. This ensures a health form link is created for each family member.
